Warranty and Return (Refund) Policy
Zoom Meeting Services
Zoom Meeting Services are delivered as a subscription-based, cloud service and are warranted to perform in accordance with published documentation under normal use. Zoom will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, security, and ongoing updates consistent with its Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As an intangible service, returns do not apply. Refunds may be requested within 30 days of initial purchase for documented service-related issues, renewals are non-refundable once processed. In cases of verified SLA non-compliance, remedies are limited to service credits. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing, with access continuing through the current billing period and no prorated refunds unless contractually specified. Except as stated, services are provided “as is,” without additional warranties.
